All about Joanie…
Joanie Wilkins grew up in Evanston and has been a resident for the past 30 years. Long active in the business world, Joanie has held positions at General Motors Research Labs, Cyrus and Weichert Realtors, National Merit Scholarship Program and downtown Chicago law firms. Joanie has been active in local organizations including St. Athanasius School for many years and on the Junior Board of the Cerebral Palsy Association. Joanie is the proud single mother of three sons.
All about Mary Lou…
Mary Lou Smith grew up in Evanston and is a life long resident. She enjoyed operating Top Of The Tracks Café at the Metra Station on Central Street in Evanston which she owned for 25 years. Mary Lou also owned the Cosbar Café in the COS Medical Building and her own staging/decorating business. Mrs. Smith has been active in many civic organizations throughout her adult life, including: Central Street Business Association, Central Street Neighbors Association, Evanston Women’s Club, N.E.M.C. and PTA. Mary Lou also has her Real Estate Appraisal License.
